ERGs make

real change.

ERGs drive engagement of minority groups, making them feel supported and included. This means long-term retention and a more diverse workforce.

We help you create meaningful frameworks empowering your ERG leaders to thrive, leading to a more sustainable and inclusive workplace for all employees.

Equity, Diversity, & Inclusion

Lack of diversity means top talent is underutilized and undercompensated in the workforce. This prevents employers from retaining diverse teams that enable them to be sustainable, profitable, and innovative.

We ensure you hear from diverse voices in your workplace.

"With advice from The Thoughtful Co I was able to go into my first time as a panel moderator with confidence that translated to a successful discussion. After the event the audience complemented how natural the conversation was and how insightful the questions were! The Thoughtful Co not only provided me with general tips for leading a panel but helped build a roadmap of thoughtful questions that related back to the theme of the discussion. I would highly recommend The Thoughtful Co to anyone looking to establish or refine their public speaking and presentation skills."
