Jillian Climie, Co-CEO & Co-Founder (she/her)

As Co-Founder and Co-CEO of The Thoughtful Co., Jillian Climie specializes in helping women get paid what they deserve, with her clients on average achieving +25% increases in their compensation packages. A graduate of Ivey Business School, Jillian built her career in executive compensation and corporate governance, advising global organizations both as a consultant and in-house at two multinational retailers. Most recently at Lululemon, she led the global equity and executive compensation teams.

She co-founded The Thoughtful Co. to combine her technical expertise with her commitment to equity: empowering women to negotiate stronger compensation and partnering with employers to build more inclusive workplaces. Her clients have successfully negotiated at leading companies worldwide, including Goldman Sachs, Uber, Deloitte, IBM, Sephora, TC Energy, and Stripe. Jillian has been recognized as a 2025 Women of Influence Nominee, 2023 Inspirational Leader of the Year Nominee and 2022 Emerging Leader by the Peak.

Sophie Warwick, Co-CEO & Co-Founder (she/her)

As Co-Founder and Co-CEO of The Thoughtful Co., Sophie Warwick coaches women to confidently negotiate for the compensation they deserve at every career stage, from entry-level roles to the C-suite. She specializes in guiding clients through salary, bonuses, equity, benefits, and parental leave negotiations, providing personalized strategies and scripts that drive results. On average, her clients achieve a 25% increase in total compensation, supported by her quick-turnaround advice and market-informed recommendations.


Sophie holds a Master’s in Structural and Earthquake Engineering from the University of British Columbia and brings more than eight years of experience in engineering to her work. She combines deep industry knowledge with a strategic, data-driven approach, ensuring every client leaves prepared to advocate for their worth with confidence. A committed advocate for gender equity, she co-founded Women in Consulting Engineering (WCE) Vancouver in 2018 and continues to lead initiatives that help women thrive professionally.
